Dr. Andy Y. F. Leung was appointed as Laboratory-in-charge of CNERC Laboratory for Soil-structure Interaction with High Performance Construction Materials of Chinese National Engineering Research Centre for Steel Construction (Hong Kong Branch). He is also an Associate Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
